ʻAli Akbar Bashmaqchi writes to Farmanfarma to ask him to give wheat to his mother, saying that she goes to the baker every day and returns empty handed. As a response, Farmanfarma ordered Mujir al-Mulk, the governor of Burujird, to give her 50 mans [equals to 150 kg] of wheat.

Petition by ‘Abd al-Rahman Dihlavi (from Delhi) to the Majlis, stating that when he filed a claim against Murtaza Khan Shuja‘ Lashkar Ardalan for what he owed him, his petitions remained unanswered. But, someone else's claim against the writer, concerning a debt much smaller than Murtaza Khan's, has been immediately acted upon by sending agents to the writer's house, disturbing his pregnant wife with their search. Impacted by the incident, his wife has been in bed for two months.

Letter by Quch‘ali Muvaffaq al-Mulk, Malakah Jahan Khanum's steward, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recounting the actions of Riza Quli, a tenant of the Sa’in Qal‘ah and Nasir Abad properties, who has stolen some grains and refused to pay his rent, ousted Mirza ‘Ali Khan from the village, seizing his guns, horses, and household furnishings, harassed the village peasants, and captured and chained Haj Kalb‘ali and Haj Sabz‘ali, Malakah Jahan's stewards.
